The Product.

Clean-Bev is a unique protective sanitary lid for steel beverage tumblers. Those tumblers, popular with truckers, gardeners, medical professionals, outdoor enthusiasts, and other large markets, offer the convenience of maintaining the temperature of one’s favorite hot or cold beverage for as long as six to eight hours. However, as steel tumblers are often used in environments where dust, insects, and/or airborne viruses/bacteria abound, their use can be problematic.
The biggest vulnerability in this regard is the fact that many of these tumblers have an open hole for drinking through which unwanted debris and critters can find their way into the beverage itself. While many tumblers nowadays have a sliding door over that hole, those doors are often left open during the day. Moreover, although those sliding doors help keep unwanted substances from the inside of the tumbler, the surface of those doors, along with the rest of the lid, can accumulate debris which often slips inside when the sliding doors are reopened.
Thomas Taylor’s Clean-Bev has been demonstrated to eliminate those risks by providing a spring-biased protective lid that blocks any and all particulate matter from making its way through any opening below – hole, door, or otherwise. Furthermore, as depicted in the image on the right, by covering the top and the circumference of the original lid, the Clean-Bev sanitation accessory also prevents that lid from accumulating unwanted substances, residues, or critters.
